We want you to love your purchase — but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a risk-free return period of 30 days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging

All original labels, packaging, and included accessories must be returned

You must contact us to initiate the return within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are not covered by Nuvy — we do not provide return labels

Bundle offers are treated as one product: if any item in the bundle is opened or used, the entire bundle is non-returnable

No Guarantee on Individual Results
Our products may offer benefits as described on their product pages, but we do not guarantee individual outcomes. Effects like reduced bloating, weight loss, or parasite cleansing can vary from person to person.
Just because a product doesn’t meet your personal expectations doesn’t mean it’s defective. If the product matches its description and arrives in good condition, it does not qualify for return based on subjective experience.
We do not provide refunds or accept returns for lack of results tied to ingredients or marketing claims. Our refund policy applies only to physical product delivery — ensuring it is correct, complete, and undamaged.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Alternatively, you may request store credit if preferred.
